Primary timing chain tensioner-4.6L
Lock primary timing chain tensioner in fully retracted position by placing a paper clip into the hole in the tensioner body.

Compressing secondary timing chain tensioner-4.6L

Compressing secondary timing chain tensioner-4.6L
Use c-clamp to compress secondary timing chain tensioner, then place a drill bit or Allen wrench into the hole in the tensioner body just like you did with the primary timing chain tensioner.

Heater hose hidden under the intake manifold-4.6L

Heater hose hidden under the intake manifold-4.6L
If you have a coolant leak coming from the rear of the engine that you can’t seem to locate, it might be the heater hose located under the intake manifold. You will have to remove the intake to check, so make sure the leak isn’t coming from somewhere else before you check here.
